Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a water pump including a can in which a rotor is rotatably accommodated, a motor housing in which the can and a stator are disposed, a controller housing coupled to one axial side of the motor housing, a pin configured to move in an axial direction and be coupled to the rotor shaft when an external force is applied, and a flat spring coupled to the can, coupled to the pin, and configured to apply a restoring force to the pin, thereby resolving jamming caused by foreign substances by rotating the rotor shaft by pushing the pin by using a tool.
