Abstract

Provided is a flow path switching valve having the flow paths extending in multiple directions, the flow path switching valve preventing a valve element from being separated from a seal member. A flow path switching valve includes a valve body (40), a valve element (50), and a seal member (70). The valve body (40) wherein a valve chamber (30) is formed internally, and at least three or more ports (Pi1 to Pi3) serving as fluid inlets and outlets are provided on the wall surface forming the valve chamber (30). The valve element (50) is disposed in the valve chamber (30) and has a first passage (51) through which the fluid flows. The seal member (70) seals an interface between the valve element (50) and at least one of the ports. The seal member (70) includes a base portion (80) and an extended portion (90). The base portion (80) is disposed on the port side. The extended portion (90) is extended so as to open from the base portion (80) side toward the valve element (50), and is brought into contact with the valve element (50) while being biased toward the valve element (50) in a communication state.
