Abstract

An air conditioning system (1) includes an air conditioner (2) that includes a first refrigerant circuit (23), adjusts a temperature of air taken in from an indoor space by heat exchange with a refrigerant, and supplies the air to the indoor space, a ventilator (3) that adjusts a temperature of air taken in from outdoors and supplies the air to the indoor space, and a control unit (4) that controls the air conditioner (2) and the ventilator (3) in accordance with a heat load of the indoor space that requires temperature adjustment, in which when the heat load of the indoor space to be temperature-adjusted by the first indoor unit (22A) of the air conditioner (2) is in a high-load state and the heat load of the indoor space to be temperature-adjusted by the second indoor unit (22B) is in a low-load state, the control unit (4) stops a temperature adjustment operation of the second indoor unit (22B) and performs the temperature adjustment operation by the ventilator (3).
