Abstract

Object To provide a control device (9), an X-ray inspection device (1), a control method, and a control program for defect inspection, which make it possible to easily adjust parameters. Solution An X-ray inspection device (1) includes a control device (9) configured to display, on a display operation unit (8), an image (O) of an article (G) obtained by irradiating the article (G) with X-rays, and an adjustment screen (AD) on which a plurality of parameters are adjustable, the parameters being related to each of a plurality of inspections for detecting a defect in the article (G) based on the image (O), and the display control unit displays, on the image (O), only a detection result of the inspection corresponding to the parameters being adjusted when the parameters are adjusted on the adjustment screen (AD).
