Abstract
A positive-type photosensitive resin composition containing:(A) an alkali-soluble resin; (B) a photoacid generator that is a compound generating an acid by light; and (C) a thermal crosslinking agent that is a compound crosslinking the alkali-soluble resin by heat. The alkali-soluble resin contains a constitutional unit that is a group obtained by removing one or more hydrogen atoms from a bisphenol imide compound represented by the following Formula (I). R<sup>1</sup> and R<sup>2</sup> are each independently a hydroxyphenyl group represented by the following Formula (1a) or (1b).
