Abstract
A method and system for automating control procedures in a cement kiln (102) are disclosed. The method involves receiving historical data collected over a specific period, analyzing the data to identify interrelationships between modifications of input parameters and variations in process parameters, and determining an effectiveness parameter for each control procedure based on these interrelationships. The processor (202) selects a control procedure from a plurality of control procedures based on the effectiveness parameter and generates a control parameter sequence accordingly. This sequence of modifications is dynamically adjusted to adapt to real-time conditions of the cement kiln (102) and executed to achieve kiln stability efficiently. The system includes a memory (204) for storing historical data and a processor (202) configured to receive, analyze, and prioritize parameters, identify interrelationships, determine effectiveness parameters, select control procedures, and execute dynamically adjusted control sequences. This automation ensures optimized kiln operation, stability, and clinker quality.
