Abstract

A print system is a print system including a print apparatus and an information processing apparatus, in which the print apparatus includes a conveying portion, a print unit, and a print control unit, performs printing on a product region by printing a product image on a label based on a print job, and performs printing on an information region to be aligned with the product region in a conveying direction by printing a character string on the label based on the print job, the information processing apparatus includes an information control unit, the print job includes product image data indicating the product image, cut data indicating a cut frame, and character string data indicating the character string, and the print control unit or the information control unit determines whether the character string fits in the cut frame based on the print job, and when the character string does not fit in the cut frame, changes a print form of the character string so as to fit in the cut frame.
