Abstract

An analysis support system (1) is an analysis support system (1) for supporting an analysis task in an analysis apparatus (200), comprising: a voice device (10) configured to be worn by each analyst using the analysis apparatus (200) and to perform analysis support by voice; and a terminal device (100) provided corresponding to the analysis apparatus (200) and connected to the voice device (10) via wireless communication. The terminal device (100) includes: a storage unit configured to store support information for the analysis apparatus (200) and analyst information including a proficiency of the analyst in the analysis task; a communication unit configured to authenticate wireless communication with the voice device (10) of the analyst who is within a predetermined range of the analysis apparatus (200); and a terminal processing unit configured to identify the analyst authenticated by the communication unit and capable of wireless communication, and to output the support information for the analysis apparatus (200) corresponding to the proficiency of the identified analyst to the voice device (10).
