Abstract

A first wireless communication device according to the present invention communicates with a second wireless communication device, said first wireless communication device comprising: a reception unit that receives a signal; and a control unit that selects, on the basis of at least one of information pertaining to the communication quality inferred on the basis of the signal and the number of relay devices between the second wireless communication device and the first wireless communication device, a path for use in communication between the second wireless communication device and the first wireless communication device.
