Abstract

A terminal according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes: a receiving section that receives a plurality of random access channel configurations, each of the plurality of random access channel configurations being associated with a public land mobile network indicator (PLMN ID); and a control section that controls, based on a PLMN ID associated with the terminal and on at least one of the plurality of random access channel configurations, determination of a random access preamble and reception of a random access response for the random access preamble. An aspect of the present disclosure allows a resource for an initial access to be appropriately determined.
