Abstract
The subject-matter of the present invention relates to a product comprising an entire coconut endosperm, said entire coconut endosperm is packed into an artificial flexible hermetic package inside which vacuum or rarefaction is provided, wherein the surface of the coconut endosperm is covered with a natural oil film of coconut oil exuded in the result of thermal processing of coconut oil.
