Abstract
The present invention provides an artificial bone material, wherein, based on 100% by mass of the total dry matter of the artificial bone material, the artificial bone material comprises: 70%-90% of coralline hydroxyapatite particles, 5%-30% of a recombinant human collagen, and 0%-7% of an excipient. The artificial bone material provided by the present invention has a high porosity and a longitudinal gradient structure, can mimic the properties of natural bone tissue, exhibits superior biocompatibility, biodegradability, hydrophilicity, osteogenic properties, and shape memory function
