Abstract

An object of the present invention is to provide a novel polymer resin recovery apparatus for recovering a polymer resin with suppressed deterioration from a composite material containing the polymer resin. The present invention relates to a polymer resin recovery apparatus for treating a composite material comprising a polymer resin with high-pressure hot water and recovering the polymer resin from the composite material, the apparatus comprising: a heat treatment unit configured to accommodate the composite material and bring the composite material into contact with high-pressure hot water; a separation unit comprising a first filter member through which the polymer resin melted in the heat treatment unit passes, while restricting movement of the composite material and movement of unmelted matter in the heat treatment unit; and a water flow generator configured to supply a water flow to the separation unit.
