Abstract
A barrier is described rotatable about a vertical axis relative to a fixed structure to clear or close a passage, comprising: an exclusively mechanical device comprising means fordetecting a push on the barrier tending to rotate the barrier towards an opening direction when the barrier is in the rest position and closes the passage, andreacting to said push by rotating the barrier relative to the fixed structure towards the opening direction until the passage is cleared.
