Abstract

The invention relates to a cooking hob (1) comprising a support plate (2) configured for supporting one or more cooking vessels. The support plate (2) comprises an extraction opening (3) for extracting air. The cooking hob (1) further comprises a housing (4) arranged below the support plate (2), wherein the housing (4) comprises an air inlet end (5) and an air outlet end (6) downstream therefrom, wherein the air inlet end (5) is connected to the extraction opening (3), and wherein the air outlet end (6) is configured for connection to a fan arrangement (7). The cooking hob (1) comprises a control unit (100), the control unit (100) comprising control elements. The control unit (100) is connected to the housing (4).
