Abstract

The present invention relates to a device (10) for connecting a first element (C) to a second element (M1) of a watch (O), said connecting device (10) comprising a first part (30) connectable to the first element (C) and a second part (60) connectable to the second element (M1) and rotatably coupled to the first part (30), said first part (30) comprising a main body (32) and two half-pins (34a, 34b) adapted to assume a position protruding from the main body (32) in which the two half-pins (34a, 34b) are insertable in respective two seats of the first element (C) for connecting the first part (30) to the first element (C), the two half-pins (34a, 34b) being adapted to assume a retracted position adapted to allow at least the release of the first part from the first element (C) of the connecting device (10). The device comprises a mechanism (40) adapted to position the two half-pins (34a, 34b) in the protruding position for connecting the first part (30) to the first element (C) and adapted to bring the two half-pins (34a, 34b) from the protruding connecting position to the retracted position. The two half-pins (34a, 34b) are brought into the retracted position by rotating the second part (60) with respect to the first part (30) about said coupling axis (Xc) by an angle greater than a predetermined threshold angle (A) starting from a first configuration wherein said two parts (30, 60) connect said second element (M1) to said first element (C) to a second configuration wherein said first part (30) is releasable from said first element (C).
