Abstract
A conveyance unit (100) includes a first traveling carriage (1), a second traveling carriage (2), and a mounting table (30) supported by the first traveling carriage (1) and the second traveling carriage (2), in which the first traveling carriage (1) generates a first travel route to a destination, and the second traveling carriage (2) receives the first travel route and generates a second travel route to the destination such that a relative positional relationship with the first traveling carriage (1) is maintained.
