Abstract

Provided are an electrode sheet, an electrode assembly, a cell, a battery, and an electric device. The electrode sheet comprises a current collector and an active material layer, the current collector comprises a conductive layer; in the thickness direction of the electrode sheet, the active material layer is arranged on at least one side of the conductive layer, the conductive layer has a coated portion; the active material layer is arranged on the coated portion, and the melting point of at least part of the coated portion is less than or equal to 300°C. The melting point of at least partial area of the conductive layer is low, and therefore, when a short circuit occurs at the partial area inside the cell, the part of the conductive layer can be melted to cause an open circuit inside the cell, or the overcurrent capability of the conductive layer can be partially reduced after the partial area is melted, so that the conductive layer can be quickly melted, the active material layer in the short-circuit arca collapses, and a positive electrode and a negative electrode that comprise the electrode sheet are disconnected, thereby effectively alleviating the temperature rise inside the cell, and thus reducing the risk of thermal runaway of the cell comprising the electrode sheet, and improving the reliability of the cell.
