Abstract

A random access method and apparatus, a base station, a user terminal, and a storage medium, relating to the technical field of communications. The method comprises: a first user terminal generates a random access message, a frame structure configured on the first user terminal indicating that there is a first subframe comprising an uplink frequency domain sub-band; and, on the basis of a PRACH resource configured on the first sub-frame and/or a second sub-frame, the first user terminal sends the random access message to a base station, the second sub-frame being a sub-frame of uplink transmission data. The base station allows the first user terminal to randomly access said base station. By applying the technical solution provided by embodiments of the present application, the energy consumption of a system can be reduced, an access delay can be reduced, the performance requirements of service continuity can be met, and user experience can be improved.
