Abstract
An organic transistor (1001) of the present disclosure includes a gate electrode (3), a source electrode (5), a drain electrode (6), an organic semiconductor film (1), and a first gate insulating film (4) in contact with the organic semiconductor film (1). The organic semiconductor film (1) includes a conjugated polymer indicated by a structural unit represented by general formula (2) below and a structural unit represented by general formula (3) below, and an interfacial energy between the first gate insulating film (4) and the organic semiconductor film is 2.0 mJ/m<sup>2</sup> or less.where A and B each represent an aromatic ring linking group which may be substituted, R<sup>1</sup>, R<sup>2</sup>, R<sup>3</sup>, and R<sup>4</sup> each represent an alkyl group, and R<sup>5</sup> and R<sup>6</sup> each represent a hydrogen atom, a fluorine atom, or an alkyl group. where X represents a heteroaromatic ring linking group.
