Abstract

The invention provides a batch mixer and a method where said batch mixer (1) comprises a mixing drum (2), where said mixing drum (2) comprises a mixing chamber (3), where an outlet (5) is provided at said batch mixer (1), where said batch mixer (1) comprises at least one gate (6) to close said outlet (5), where said batch mixer (1) comprises at least two seals (7) and at least two end-seal-devices (15), where said at least two seals (7) and said at least two end-seal-devices (15) seal said at least one gate (6) versus said mixing drum (2), where said batch mixer (1) is configured such that said at least two seals (7) are slide-in-able from outside of said batch mixer (1), and where said batch mixer (1) is configured such that said at least two end-seal-devices (15) are changeable from outside of said batch mixer (10).
