Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a method for preparing frozen porridge comprising: preparing frozen cooked rice using rice comprising medium-grain rice; preparing porridge using rice comprising short-grain rice; and filling the prepared frozen cooked rice into a container, then filling the prepared porridge into the container to package them together.
