Abstract

There is provided a kitchen appliance for cooking, comprising a first cooking chamber (202) for holding food, a second cooking chamber (204) for holding food, a controller configured to control cooking processes for cooking food in the first cooking chamber (202) and the second cooking chamber (204) separately, a single camera (210) for imaging inside the first cooking chamber (202) and inside the second cooking chamber (204), and one or more optical components (212) arranged to direct light reflected from inside the first cooking chamber (202) to the single camera (210) for the single camera to image a food area inside the first cooking chamber (202) that is outside a field of view of the single camera (210).
