Abstract

The invention concerns a batch mixer (1) for mixing materials, the batch mixer (1) comprising a mixing chamber (2) with a shell surface (3) and an outlet (5) with a gate (9). The invention is characterized in that an alignment mean (12) is configured for adjusting the position of a bearing (11) for alignment of the gate (9) with the shell surface (3). The invention allows an easy alignment of the gate (9) with the shell surface (3) safeguarding effective sealing between the shell surface (3) and the gate (9).
