Abstract

Means for reducing deterioration in a lamination quality is provided. A laminating apparatus 1 includes: a first conveyance roller 41 which conveys a first member 101; a recording part 30 which records an image on the first member 101; a laminating roller 50 which laminates the first member 101, on which the image has been recorded, and a second member 102; and a controller 90. The controller 90 performs a conveying process for causing the first conveyance roller 41 to convey the first member 101, on which the image has been recorded by the recording part 30, to the laminating roller 50, and a first driving process for driving the laminating roller 50. The controller 90 starts the first driving process (S32) before a forward end of the first member 101 arrives at the laminating roller 50 by the conveying process (S31: Yes).
