Abstract

A container 100 or 110 for a powdery or granular material includes: a container body portion 10 that contains a powdery or granular material; and a lid body 50. The container body portion 10 includes: a bottom portion 20; and a peripheral wall portion 30 rising from an outer edge of the bottom portion 20. The peripheral wall portion 30 includes: a first inner peripheral wall portion 31 rising from the bottom portion 20 on an inner peripheral side of the peripheral wall portion 30 and having a smaller diameter than that of the lid body 50; a second inner peripheral wall portion 35 having a larger diameter than that of the first inner peripheral wall portion 31 and connected to the first inner peripheral wall portion 31 with a step 33; and a crimping portion 37 that is disposed at an end portion on a side opposite to the bottom portion 20 and is bent toward an inner peripheral side of the container body portion 10. Further, the lid body 50 is disposed between the step 33 and the crimping portion 37 and includes at least a paper layer P and a resin layer R. A package including: the container 100 or 110 for a powdery or granular material; and a powdery or granular material contained therein.
