Abstract

A product transportation plan modification apparatus (13) includes an input unit (13a) that receives input values including an initial product transportation plan and a product shipment plan, and operation information including equipment information, a destination changing unit (13e) that, when determining that there exists a destination that does not satisfy constraint conditions using an upper limit of receivable product quantity at each destination and an available receiving-operation time, both calculated based on the input values and the operation information, changes, for a transport operation selected according to a predetermined first priority order, the destination that does not satisfy the constraint conditions to another warehouse building, and an assignment changing unit (13g) that, when an evaluation value indicating variation in workload among the transport vehicles exceeds an allowable upper limit value, changes a transport vehicle with a high transport workload to another transport vehicle.
