Abstract
The present invention relates to a crude microbial oil of Thraustochytrid rich in docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), which comprises at least 94% of triglycerides. The present invention further relates to a process for producing said crude microbial oil, as well as its uses.
