Abstract
A feeding system (10) for supplying dough portions, in particular dough for bakery food products, is described.The system comprises a hopper (20) and is characterized by the fact that, below the hopper (20), there are a first and a second roller (30, 40) in a particular configuration that allows for greater precision in controlling the quantity of dough dispensed.
