Abstract

The invention provides a postural support device (1) attachable to desks designed to improve ergonomics and reduce fatigue in study and work environments. The device is fastened in a releasable manner to a flat surface of the desk and provides frontal support to the user, aligning the spine and reducing back strain. It includes an anchor bracket (10), an adjustment mechanism (20) with adjustable links (21, 22), a locking element (30) and a padded support element (40) for the chest or collarbones. Its modular design allows for multiple configurations and adaptability to different desktops. In addition, a system with two devices is proposed for greater stability and comfort. This invention seeks to solve postural problems derived from prolonged computer use, overcoming the limitations of conventional ergonomic chairs.
