A docking station (1) and a cleaning system. The docking station (1) includes: a housing (11) provided with a dust collection chamber (111); a dust collection duct (12) connected to the dust collection chamber (111); a fan (13) connected to both the dust collection chamber (111) and the dust collection duct (12), the fan (13) being used to circulate air in the dust collection chamber (111) and the dust collection duct (12); and an antibacterial module (14) at least partially located within the dust collection duct (12).
