Abstract
The present invention relates to nerve growth factor (NGF) for use in slowing the progression of vision function impairment caused by glaucoma, and/or delaying the onset of vision function impairment or vision function loss caused by glaucoma in a subject, wherein said NGF is administered intravitreally to said subject.
