Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of veterinary biological products. Particularly, the invention relates to a rough attenuated strain RB39 of Brucella, use, vaccine, antigen, and kit thereof. The rough attenuated strain RB39 of Brucella according to the present invention is able to be used to prepare a vaccine with high safety. The vaccine may be injected into pregnant animals to provide effective immunity. Moreover, the vaccine is applicable for immunization of multiple animal species. Additionally, based on the rough attenuated strain RB39 of Brucella of the present invention, an antigen for differentiating rough Brucella antibodies may be prepared, effectively distinguishing between vaccination and natural infection, thus providing a scientific basis for brucellosis control.
