Abstract
Provided herein is a stopper for use in an injection device, with the stopper including one or more features thereon that address issues related to container closure integrity, gliding force, stopper deformation, minimization of dead volume in the injection device, and stickiness of the stopper. The stopper may include vertical ribs, a patterned roof portion, a proximal shoulder portion with projections thereon, and/or one or more annular lips, with a combination of one or more of these features addressing the aforementioned issues.
