Abstract

A computer-implemented method includes obtaining from a running game application, designation information that indicates one or more camera image display modes among a plurality of camera image display modes different in degree of visibility of surroundings of a face of a person located within a field of view of a camera, performing selection processing based on the designation information for selecting one camera image display mode, and causing the running game application to obtain camera image data corresponding to the selected camera image display mode.
