Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for the purification of process water being circulated in at least one process water circuit of a paper production plant, in particular in the case wastepaper is used as raw material, wherein the method comprises a process water purification step, wherein at least a portion of the process water is continuously supplied to the process water purification step and is subjected during the process water purification step to a dissolved gas flotation step using as gas ozone gas, wherein the ozone gas is ozone or is an ozone containing gas mixture.
