Abstract
The present invention relates to a bonded plastic structure for use in mobility and e-mobility related components, and a method of deboning the bonded plastic structure by applying induction heating.The bonded structure comprising:a first plastic substrate;a second plastic substrate;a thermally debondable adhesive composition layer comprising thermally expandable thermoplastic microspheres;a structural adhesive layer; andan induction sensitive layer,wherein the thermally debondable adhesive composition is disposed on a surface of the first plastic substrate and/or on a surface of the second plastic substrate and wherein the induction sensitive layer is placed on top of the thermally debondable adhesive composition layer.
