Abstract
A composite material includes a dispersion material having a thermal conductivity of 100 W/K·m or higher, and an insulator interposed between particles of the dispersion material. The dispersion material is an aluminum-based metal powder, for example. The insulator is, for example, an oxide or a resin having a glass transition point equal to or lower than a melting point of the dispersion material. The composite material has an electrical conductivity of 0.5 × 10<sup>6</sup> S/m or lower, for example.
