Abstract

The present disclosure provides an oriented silicon steel with high magnetic induction comprising, in addition to Fe and inevitable impurities, the following chemical elements in percentage by mass: C ≤ 0.005%; Si: 3.0-3.8%; Als: 0.010-0.035%; Mn: 0.05-0.20%; at least one selected from Ce and La, and satisfying Ce + La: 0.003-0.3%; wherein in the inevitable impurities, N ≤ 0.005%, S ≤ 0.005%, V ≤ 0.005%, and Ti ≤ 0.005%. Correspondingly, the present disclosure further provides a method for manufacturing the oriented silicon steel with high magnetic induction. The present disclosure can reduce the hot-rolled sheet annealing temperature or eliminate the hot-rolled sheet annealing, thereby achieving efficient production of thin-gauge oriented silicon steel with high magnetic induction by tandem cold rolling, and reducing manufacturing costs while improving the magnetic properties of the product.
