Abstract

A hinge assembly (1) for the opening and closing of doors of furniture items, comprising a container tray (20) shaped to be housed in a seat formed in a wall (P) of the structure of a furniture item, and a separate hinge (10), having a fixed part (11) intended to be housed in said tray (20) and a movable part (12) configured to be inserted in a seat formed in a door of the furniture item, said hinge (10) being provided with a movement mechanism comprising at least one connecting rod (18) connecting a pivot point (14) provided on said fixed part (11) of the hinge to a pivot point (15) provided on said movable part (12) to actuate the door in opening and closing, wherein the force of closure of the hinge is determined by at least one spring (50) arranged in said fixed part (11) and acting against said at least one connecting rod (18), and wherein at least one damper (80) is likewise provided, designed to exert a braking action in the phase of closing of the hinge, wherein said at least one damper (80) is separate from the hinge (10) and is housed in a seat (42) of said tray (20), and is subjected to the action of said at least one connecting rod (18).
