Abstract

Providing an inspection image display device to display images that make it easy to recognize undesirable parts in products. An X-ray inspection device serving as an inspection image display device comprises a conveyor to convey products, an X-ray irradiator to irradiate X-rays on the products conveyed by the conveyor, an X-ray detector to detect X-rays of a low energy band and a high energy band, an image generation unit, and a display. The image generation unit generates a first difference image by performing a subtraction process using a first transmission image based on the detection results for the X-rays of the low energy band, and a second transmission image based on the detection results for the X-rays of the high energy band. The image generation unit generates a second difference image by performing a subtraction process using the first difference image and either the first transmission image or the second transmission image. The display displays the second difference image.
