Abstract
A contactor lifetime prediction apparatus includes a measurement circuit configured to measure a current flowing in a contactor, and a processor configured to calculate a number of cycles of the contactor based on the current measured by the measurement circuit when the contactor is turned on or off, to accumulate the calculated number of cycles, and to predict a lifetime of the contactor.
