Abstract
A positive-type photosensitive resin composition containing: (A) an alkali-soluble resin; (B) a photoacid generator that is a compound generating an acid by light; and (C) a thermal crosslinking agent that is a compound crosslinking the alkali-soluble resin by heat. The alkali-soluble resin contains a constitutional unit that is a group resulting from removing one or more hydrogen atoms from a bisphenol imide compound represented by the following Formula (I): <img class="EMIRef" id="6ac9259d-7d1f-421c-84e7-0266ba0309e2-ia01" /> etc. X<1> is an atomic group which forms a tetravalent group containing two cyclic hydrocarbon groups together with Z<1> and Z<2>, and the two cyclic hydrocarbon groups are directly bonded to each other by a covalent bond.
