Abstract
A method of manufacturing a wheel including a first step of performing etching on a plate-shaped member made of a brittle material to form a wheel including a plurality of teeth, at least one tooth of which is a coupling tooth having a recess opened radially outward at a leading end, a frame portion disposed outside the wheel, and a coupling portion coupling the frame portion to an inner surface of the recess, and a second step of cutting the coupling portion and the wheel.
