Abstract

An image forming apparatus (10) includes one or more controllers (11) and a storage (23) that is a storage destination of print data. The one or more controllers (11) store the print data in a first folder when user information added to the print data satisfies a condition for storage in the first folder identified by an identifier including the user information, and store the print data in a second folder different from the first folder when the user information does not satisfy the condition for storage in the first folder.
