Abstract

A method for automating task processing may include providing information about a task knowledge, comprising a screen snapshot image of a first user device which corresponds to each action included in a task, to a generative artificial intelligence (AI) model, providing a snapshot image of a current screen of a second user device to the generative AI model, obtaining action information to be executed on the current screen from the generative AI model as a response to the provision of the snapshot image, controlling the second user device to automatically execute an action corresponding to the action information on the current screen and repeating the providing of the snapshot image of the current screen to the generative AI model, the obtaining of the action information and the controlling of the second user device to automatically execute the action corresponding to the action information until processing of the task is terminated.
