Abstract

A method includes adding lineage metadata to a dataset of data records. The method further includes obtaining permitted data access operations of the dataset of data records from a registered data access policy. The method further includes evaluating, responsive to a write operation being permitted to the dataset of data records, the dataset of data records against registered data schemas to determine a compliance of the dataset of data records to the at least one registered data schema. The method further includes obtaining, responsive to the dataset of data records being compliant with the at least one registered data schema, at least one registered query pattern of the dataset of data records. The method further includes determining, from the at least one registered query pattern, a storage location for the dataset of data records. The method further includes storing the dataset of data records in the storage location.
