An information processing device (101) comprises: a data source (222) that stores data owned by a user; a question input means (212) for receiving an input of a question from a user; a search means (215) for searching for data in the data source (222) on the basis of the question of the user; a prompt generation means (212) for generating a prompt on the basis of the question of the user and the data searched by the search means (215); a generative AI (213) configured to generate an answer to the question of the user on the basis of the prompt; a response generation means (212) for generating a response to the question on the basis of the answer; and an output means (217) for outputting the response generated by the response generation means (212).
