Abstract

The ability to generate contextually relevant multimodal answers based on proprietary knowledge base is critical for enhancing user experience in interactive systems. Conventional approaches fails in generating precise, multimodal responses. The present disclosure provides a system and method for persona-specific, recursive clarification in Large Language Model (LLM)-driven query response generation. The system enhances the LLM's interaction process by generating tailored clarification questions based on a Multi-layer hierarchical relational graph (MHRG) that profiles user intent and maps domain-specific knowledge relationships. By iteratively refining and clarifying the user's question, the system generates a user's intent profile that optimizes the retrieval and response process, enabling the LLM to better address complex or ambiguous queries. This framework ensures that each interaction dynamically adapts to the user's intent and persona, improving interpretive accuracy and engagement.
