Abstract
A conductive material dispersion for a rechargeable lithium battery, a positive electrode for a rechargeable lithium battery, and a rechargeable lithium battery are disclosed. A conductive material dispersion for a rechargeable lithium battery includes a conductive material and a dispersant, and the conductive material includes carbon nanotubes having an average diameter of 4 nm or more and 15 nm or less and an average specific surface area of 200 m<sup>2</sup>/g or more and 800 m<sup>2</sup>/g or less, the dispersant includes hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber having a weight average molecular weight of 200,000 to 500,000 g/mol, and the dispersion satisfies Equation 1 herein.
